• It may not pour like usual.

• Due to cold storage, the honey is somewhat in gel form. It is not liquid to pour. We've had some customers ask us about it. You would have to squeeze or scoop it out of the packet, vs pouring. It's perfectly fine, however, it's not pourable liquid. This is partly the reason for the special pricing.

• Others have used the microwave it to get it back to liquid which is an option.
• The honey will still dissipate in tea and/or hot beverages as usual.
• Quality absolutely remains the same.
