Looking for real honey, exactly as the bees made it? We are a local family of beekeepers operating three distinct apiaries across Northern Illinois. Our honey is never heated, never ultra-filtered, and goes straight from the hive to the jar to preserve all the natural pollen, enzymes, and health benefits.
Because our apiaries are spaced about 25 miles apart, each location offers a unique "flavor of the land." While all are wildflower honey, the local forage gives each one a distinct personality.
